Beachfront Island Home

The Colibri house is located on a beautiful mile long stretch of beach between Calabash Bight and Port Royal.  The home has recently been upgraded and has just recently been put into rental service.  Within the main house is a large great room and a spacious master bedroom.  In back there is a guest bedroom.  There is room on the property to add more casitas/a pool/a garage.    There is a road to the house, a community well provides water.

This is an upscale part of the island with million dollar homes within walking distance.  A small boutique resort is almost completed just down the beach and they will have a nice restaurant.  The town of Oak Ridge is an easy boat ride away from the large dock.
