Wrap-around windows allow for an amazing view looking out at the blue and turquoise Caribbean from every angle.The KITCHEN is finished with beautiful maple and glass cabinets, black granite countertops and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.

Phone and electrical outlets are conveniently located throughout PELICAN CASA which is also wired for satellite/internet connection and pre-wired for a security and fire alarm system.

Pelican Casa also features a custom boat house with lift and two power davits for a small boat or wave runners.

The kayak storage building has easy access to the water with a slide to help place the kayak easily into the water.

The dock is co-owned by the three homes, with shared expenses for maintenance and insurance.
