Sunset Villas

This is one of the original one (1) bedroom condos that started the Sunset Villas project. Condo 8B has two outside living area's. The main one being directly outside the front patio door measuring 8 feet by 30 feet. The second area is completely open on the left hand side of the property which allows the area to be used as either a car port or additional deck area. Access to the outside storage is also gained via this area. The storage room is wired and plumbed for a washer and drier.

The Sunset Villas development is 14 months ahead of schedule and will be finished within 18 months. As can be seen from the pictures the majority of the project has already be completed; with additional work required to finish the road which will be cobbled within the next 8 months and completion work on a number of condos.

Internet access provided by Tropico. Monthly fee's are $100 and water is charged by the US Gallon at a rate of $0.03 Electricity is provided by the Islands utility company with average bills around $130

Condos can be placed into the Sunset Villas rental management program or rented out privately.
